Description: No damage and the heads and threads are intact.
These bolts do have loads of marks and such on them from normal use (see pics).
These are the 2 allen key bolts (also know as damper rod bolts) that sit in the bottom of the fork to hold the stanchion and lower leg together. They should be tightened to 30nm.
