Description: Last started up by us approx 6 years ago. Was used by us for local deliveries and Post Office runs for a while.
All parts are present (including the original tool kit), the scooter was stored indoors and the only obvious damage is a scratch on the front fairing (would possibly T Cut out) and a crack around one of the rear light lense screws.
It comes with a set of keys and the V5/logbook (buyer will be registered as the new keeper on sale). Scooter is currently on SORN.
Faults we know will need looking at:
- Needs a new battery.
- Auto choke doesn't seem to be working, bike is difficult to start when cold.
- Engine did bog down slightly at top speed (likely the carb needs a clean).
- The scooter hasn't been started for a good few years so will likely need a good clean, grease and the fuel system and carb will need a good flush.
Was a really nice scooter to ride when we were using it, has lots of storage space (under the seat and a cubby hole below the handle bars) and it had an oil and filter change and a new plug just before we stopped using it.
