Green Power GP500 Frame and V5 (logbook - registered as a disabled vehicle)

Description: No damage or unusual bends and it comes with the V5 logbook (we will fill in the new owners details online with the DVLA before sending the frame out).
It does have loads of marks and such on it from use and a bar welded to the front that MAY have been a modification by the previous owner (see pic).
It's also registered as a disabled vehicle and on a Q plate (as the exact date of manufacturer isn't known).
