Things to Remember
The points below cover all returns.
1) Items returned for exchange or refund must return in
a re-saleable condition & in the original packaging.
This means the item must be unused & still with all
the original labels & packaging.
2) In all cases it is the customers responsibility to return
the item(s) back to White Dog Motorcycle Accessories.
3) We advise all our customers to return all items by some
form of recorded & insured delivery method as White
Dog Motorcycle Accessories accept no responsibility for
items that fail to be returned to our business address.
4) Under all circumstances, items must be returned with
a copy of the original delivery note or invoice. White Dog
Motorcycle Accessories will not accept any items returned
without the appropriate paperwork.
5) Customers returning items are advised to contact us
first by email or over the
phone on 01986 875429 before returning any items as not
all items are eligible for return
6) When returning items, please enclose a covering note
that explains clearly why the item(s) is being returned
& what you would like us to do about it.
7) Under no circumstances can White Dog Motorcycle Accessories refund more than the original value of the order.

Cancellation of orders during the 14 day cooling off period
Orders can be cancelled for up to 14 working days from the date of delivery if you are not happy with your item for any reason.
All we ask is that you let us know that you are canceling your order by either emailing us or by sending us a letter in the post.
Goods must be returned to us in a new & unused condition & in the original box with any stickers, labels or instructions.
If the goods have already been sent out or delivered, customers must return the goods to us at their own expense & within 14 days of the cancellation date.
Items must be returned to us in an unused & re-saleable condition & with any packaging boxes, stickers or labels still present & intact.
When the item arrives back we will cancel the order & refund any payment in full (as long as the item returns to us in a re-saleable condition).

Items
returned for exchange
White Dog Motorcycle Accessories allow for 1 free exchange
on clothing, helmets & boots per order.
Multiple items are accepted for a free exchange as long
as all items for exchange are returned together.
Please note-Items must be returned in 'as new' & 'un-used' condition, with any labels or packaging still attached (so don't ride around in your new helmet or jacket for 2 weeks, then send it back for exchange!)

Items
returned for refund
Return the item(s) to White Dog Motorcycle Accessories
address on your invoice or delivery note or (Click
here for our address). Please enclose a copy of your invoice
or delivery note. Write clearly on your note what you would
like us to do (e.g. refund or replacement).
Under the current distance selling regulations, we offer a 14 working day cancellation or cooling off period (from the day the item is delivered) during which customers can return items for a full refund.
Customers who wish to cancel their orders or return items for a refund during the 14 working day cancellation period should email us (Click Here to contact us) or tell us in writing (Click Here for our address) within 14 working days of the item(s) being delivered, then return the item(s) to us (Click Here for our address). Items must be returned in a re-saleable & unused condition & in the original packaging (with all relevant stickers & tags) & must be returned to us 14 days of cancellation.
After our 14 working day cooling off period, refunds are subject to a
10% restocking charge & we cannot refund carriage charges.
Customers returning items are advised to contact us first
by email before returning any items as not all items

Items
returned as faulty or incorrectly sent items
Not including warranty claims
Return the item(s) to White Dog Motorcycle Accessories address on your invoice
or delivery note or (Click
here for our address). Enclose a copy of your invoice
or delivery note. Write clearly on your note what fault
or mistake has occurred & what you would like us to do.

If the fault or mistake has been caused by White Dog Motorcycle
Accessories, we will refund towards return postage costs. Normally, we refund the amount for returning the item based on the most economical Royal Mail rate. E.g. Standard parcels or first class post depending on weight. Please note-In some cases, we are unable to refund return postage (mainly customers who have paid by credit/debit card & have requested a full refund). In these cases, we will send either a free gift or issue a store credit (of equal or greater value) to cover the return postage.
Items returned as faulty or items sent out by mistake can
either be replaced with the correct or replacement item
or orders can be refunded in full.
Please note-If you return an item to us due to
a fault or mistake, we cannot refund more than the original
value of the order
Payments will only be refunded by the payment method
used to originally pay for the order.
Payments will be refunded within 28 days of the item returning
back to our premises

Warranty
Claims
Some items we sell come with manufacturers warranties &
guarantees.
If an item should fail within any warranty or guarantee
period, you should:
1) Contact White Dog Motorcycle Accessories, either by phone
on 01986 875429, or email,
to explain what the fault is.
2) Return the item to White Dog Motorcycle Accessories (Click
here for our address) with a copy of your delivery note
or invoice. Enclose a covering note explaining how the item
has failed
3) We will send out a replacement item after the faulty
item has been returned to our address & tested or inspected.

Please note: Be sure that the item you are returning has
failed due to a manufacturing fault & not due to neglect
on your part. Most of our suppliers ask for items to be
returned to them for inspection before issuing a replacement
& will not issue a replacement if the item has failed
for reasons other than manufacturing faults.
Unfortunately, we can offer no timescale as to when you
will receive a replacement item as some suppliers testing
takes longer than others. If you need a replacement item
in a hurry, please contact us by phone on 01986 875429,
or email to see if we can help.
In all cases it is the customers responsibility
to return the item(s) back to White Dog Motorcycle Accessories.

Things to remember
when returning your item(s)
~Make sure the item(s) are securely packaged & clearly
labeled. Make sure any items cannot move around inside the
box & don't be afraid to use loads of packing
tape!
~Remember to enclose a copy of your delivery note or invoice
with your item(s) & write clearly on the copy why the
item has been returned & what you would like us to do.
~Make sure any items returned for exchange are in AS
NEW CONDITION. This means unused, in the items
original packaging & with any labels or instructions
still attached.
~Please note. If you are returning a lead acid or conventional type battery (not the sealed types), empty the acid out of the battery before you send it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items back onto our premises if they are leaking battery acid (& it really pis*es the Postman off!!!!!!).
~Remember to remove any old address labels from the package you are returning the item(s) in. Occasionally, old address labels (like the courier labels we attach when we send the items to you) can confuse the Royal Mail & courier systems & this can lead to delays.
