Our customers are important to us and we want people to feel safe when they are submitting their payment details through the White Dog website.
The entire checkout process on this website is secured by Globalsign using 128 bit encryption to ensure the security and safety of any information entered during the checkout and the payment systems we use are managed by SagePay & Paypal.
Sagepay & Paypal use the highest levels of security to ensure that the payment is secure when purchasing items through our website.
Both companies have numerous years of experience handling secure online transactions.
Credit & debit card payments made through Sagepay are also fully 3D Secure.

Please note regarding Paypal and phone payments......
Paypal payments:
We can only send orders to the registered Paypal address.
If you would like your order sent to a separate address (e.g. a work address), log into your Paypal account, select the 'Profile' tab near the top of the page, then select 'Add or edit address' from the drop down bar to add a different delivery address before placing your order.
Orders placed over the phone:
We can only ship orders placed over the phone to the registered card address.
If you would like your order sent to a different address (e.g. work or friends address), please place the order online (you can specify a separate delivery address on the checkout pages).
Unfortunately, we don't take orders for less than £10 (including post) over the phone.
The banks charge us alot to continue accepting payments over the phone & because of this, we don't make anything on orders placed over the phone below £10 (including delivery).
Orders below £10 can be placed through our website.
