Description: This seat is new and unused and has a push bike style mounting clamp on the underside. Unfortunately, it does have a small split near the bottom/front on 1 side and a small 5p sized hole in the top/front (could be taped over or the seat could be covered). Theres no rot in the metal base plate or the mounting clamp.
