75-78 Honda PF50 M Novio Frame -Needs to be Re-Registered

From: Honda PF50M-R Novio (Pedal drive, around 1977)

Fits: Honda PF50-M 1975 to 1978 (49cc)

Please note: Theres no reg number, log book or frame number with this frame.

Condition: Used

Description: No damage, unusual bends or rot. It does have loads of marks, scratches and little surface rust spots on it and a couple of the little metal cable and wire holder tabs have broken off.
This frame has no number plate or logbook and as far as we know was last registered around 15 to 20 years ago (so it would probably have to be re registered to go back on the road).
