Why have I been asked to provide additional identification?
Unfortunately, trading online as we do, there is a very significant threat from various forms of fraud. Therefore, we have to occasionally perform additional checks to protect our customers & or own interests.
If you are asked to provide additional identification, this simply means that our fraud screening systems were unable to fully check the details that were submitted with your order & bears no reference to your honesty or integrity as a customer.
The most common reason that customers are asked for additional identification is through the use of unconfirmed PayPal accounts & addresses, which provide very little fraud screening details.
We do occasionally ask for additional identification if certain aspects of an order look unusual.
Asking for additional identification is as much a pain in the backside for us as it is for the customer as we have to spend time checking all the details, but we have these procedures in place to protect ourselves & our customers from online fraud.

I'm not happy about submitting my identification details to you?
If you feel unhappy about submitting any details to us, you can always:
1) Have your order refunded in full
2) Have your order refunded & pay by another method

Why can't I send you a form of ID not on your list?
The forms of identification we accept are selected because they are items that only the genuine card holder or person authorised to make the payment in most cases would be able to obtain.

What happens if I don't respond to the 'Additional identification required...' email or don't send any additional identification?
We allow 2 weeks after the email is sent to get a response. We also periodically re-send the email incase it fails to reach you or gets accidentally deleted. However, after a period of 14 days after the original order has been placed, if we don't get a response, the order will be canceled & any payments will be refunded.

I want to send a copy of my bank statement as proof of ID, but I don't want you to see who I'm making payments to?
To be honest, we don't care who your buying copies of 'Giant Jugs Monthly' or other dirty mags from. Our only concern is confirming your identity so we can send your order to you as quickly as possible! How do I know your not going to use the details to send me junk mail or pass my details on to another company?
We do not encourage or send any form of spam or junk mail. CLICK HERE to read our Privacy Policy.
We do not, under any circumstances pass customers details on to any third parties who are absolutely necessary to confirming a customers identity.

Can you send my order out & I'll provide identification at a later date?
Unfortunately, no. Unless we receive additional identification within 14 days from the original order date, the order will be canceled & any money paid will be refunded in full.
