Please remember that if for any reason you are unhappy about
being asked for identification, you can have your order
refunded in full.

Accepted Forms of
Identification
Any 2 separate pieces of identification
from the list below will be accepted (i.e. a copy of a recent
bank statement & a recent utility bill)
If you have been asked for identification because you have made a payment from an unconfirmed &/or unverified PayPal account...............
You can verify your PayPal account. The PayPal account verification & confirmation processes are fairly simple & straight forward. Please CLICK HERE to go to PayPal.co.uk if you need to update your account.
Just let us know when your account has been verified or confirmed & we will send your order out.
Copy of a recent bank statement (not more than
2 months old).
The following parts of the statement must be clear
& un altered:
-The page must be recognisable as a bank statement from
an accredited & recognisable banking institution
- Your name & address must be legible & the name
& address must match the name & address submitted
with your order
-Your bank account number & branch sort code
must be clear & legible
-Any dates (transactions or statement dates) must
be visible & legible on the statement
-Your holding branches (your branch address for your bank,
not the head office) address must be clear & legible
on the statement
You may delete or hide any account balances, amounts or
transaction details (except dates) from the statement
Copy of your UK Photocard drivers licence &
counterpart driving licence
The only part of the licence that may be hidden
is the points/endorsements section.
The licence must be in your name & hold the same address
as was submitted with your order.
We require copies of the front parts of both the photocard
portion & the counterpart portion of the licence
Copy of a recent rates or utility bill (NOT mobile
phone or credit card bill)
The bill must not be more than 1 month old & must have
your name & the same address as used when submitting
your order to White Dog Motorcycle Accessories.
The bill must be from a recognisable company (i.e. water,
electric, gas, rates or phone bill)
Please note-Credit card & mobile phone bills are not
accepted
Employer reference letter
The letter must be dated within the last month
The letter must be from a recognisable employer
or company that can be found through normal business resources
(i.e. Business listing in the Yellow Pages)
The letter must state that you are in current employment
with the employer & give the length of time you have
been with the employer.
The letter must be on company headed paper, complete with
company address & landline telephone
number
The letter must confirm your address as the same as the
address that was provided with your order.
Please note-This letter is not a reference to your ability
or honesty as an employee, this letter
is to help us to confirm your identity
Order Status
If additional identification is required, the order
will be placed on hold until the identity of the customer
has been confirmed. As soon as we receive the appropriate
additional identification, we will send the order out as
soon as we are satisfied by the details provided (usually
the same day).
After a 'please provide additional identification.....'
email has been sent by White Dog Motorcycle Accessories,
we will wait for a customer to contact us by phone, post
or email (CLICK HERE for our contact
details). If no response is received within 14 days
of the original order date, we will cancel the order &
refund any payment in full.
In all circumstances, we reserve the
right to refuse &/or refund any order without issuing
a reason
