Unfortunately, we have closed our MSN & Yahoo Messenger services today due to staff time constantly being wasted on them by spammers, scammers & Pakistan based rat skin motorcycle clothing sellers (you know who you are!).

Ahhhhh, the time of the year is upon us again!
We will be closed on Tuesday 26/1/10 due to going on our yearly pilgrimage to the Motorcycle Trade Expo at the Birmingham NEC.
This does mean, unfortunately, we won't be sending any orders out on Tuesday & our phone line will be closed (diverted to answer phone) for most of the day.
We will be replying to emails when we get back in the evening & everything will return to normal on Wednesday 27/1/10.

Due to the snow there will be delays with the despatch of some orders & there will also be delays to with delivery to many areas.
Unfortunately, due to the weather, we have received less than a 3rd of our regular deliveries this week & the couriers have reported problems with deliveries in many areas hit by the snow......

Well, the snow has hit &, unfortunately, although we are sending most deliveries out on time there are delays for customers receiving there orders in many areas.
We have the added problem that none of our regular deliveries for this week have turned up due to the snow, so some items have been temporarily put to 'out of stock' in our catalogue until our orders arrive in.

Due mainly to the snow & partly due to us being unexpectedly busy while our warehouse was closed over the Christmas & New year period, there will be some delays for customers waiting for orders.
At present, we only have a couple of outstanding orders waiting to go out (we are waiting for stock to come in), but, due to the snow & icy conditions forecast for the next few weeks, orders to certain areas may be delayed....

--POWER CUTS--
Due to the high winds in this area, we have had numerous power cuts over the last 3 days (including a power cut from 11:30am till 7:30pm yesterday!). Unfortunately, this has lead to a few delays with orders going out & it has also lead to the drinks, milk & beer in the shop fridge going warm (& the kettle not working for coffee!!). As of 2pm today (Fri 4/9/09), all orders have now been sent out but, we have been late sending some orders out (which may mean some orders won't be received by customers until after the weekend....Sorry!).

We are currently getting bombarded by crappy Pakistan call center calls trying to flog us ADT alarms!!! We have had over 17 calls from these ar*eholes in the last 24 hours (including 2 calls at 12:30am & 1:45am!!??). Unfortunately, if these calls persist, we may have to turn off the phone line tonight (2/9/09).
On a more personal note (being as I was the person woken up twice last night!!), ADT, we wouldn't replace our existing alarm with your fu*king cr*p if you came out, gave us £100 & offered to pack boxes for a week, you bunch of useless tw*ts!!!!!!!!!!Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! |

We have an intermittent fault with our Protx debit & credit card processing systems tonight (customers are getting an error page when our shopping cart sends them to the Protx website for payment). This error does seem to be random (it's not effected many customers) & Protx have said they are trying to find & fix the error. If you experience problems paying, the Paypal payment option is still working fine or, Protx have said, please try later! |

HELP!!!!!!!!! After taking us 45mins to get in our units this morning, were now officially trapped in!!!!! Somebody please airlift in food (pref peanut m&m's) & some fags would be nice........& some coffee & milk........& some biccys, but not the plain ones, something with chocolate on!
The road outside our unit & yard is being tarmaced today by the local council, so, unfortunately, it will be near enough impossible to get to our unit for most of today! However, all customer orders will be going out on time as we have arranged to meet the courier lorry in a layby up the road this afternoon (note to self-advertising on the internet the fact that were meeting lorry drivers in layby's may result in the other half cutting my knackers off!!). |

Ok, we were slightly wrong, the email we were sent wasn't from a fake viagra seller, it was from a company called Elizabeth International (based in Sialkot, Pakistan), who are one of the companies out there who constantly try to flog us sh*te we don't want (we know you say it's quality cow hide, but, it's really made from rat skin, isn't it?). We have guessed that they didn't mean to send the virus, but, come on, your supposedly 'the largest manufacturer of rat skin motorcycle clothing in Pakistan' & you can't afford a virus checker????
Unfortunately, this means (due to the huge problems it caused us & because I was in the office till 2am replying to a backlog of emails last night!), any sales emails sent from outside the UK or Europe are now automatically deleted by our email server. |
