Our office/warehouse & phone line | POWER CUT.......Unfortunately, we have had a power cut this afternoon which has affected our office (no coffee & sitting in the dark!) & our phone line. We have managed to operate a limited phone service from 6pm onwards & everything seems back to normal from 8pm onwards. |

Whole website | Due to a problem with the company who host our website's server, our website has been unavailable/offline for the last hour & a half. Unfortunately, we don't know what the problem was or if it's going to happen again at present. |
| Tuesday 20/7/10 | Website checkout pages | We are about 2 thirds of the way through updating our website. But, we have found a problem on our checkout pages for Firefox users (the background image & the text boxes are almost the same colour!). We 'SHOULD' be sorting this problem today, but, this may mean the checkout pages may look a bit 'odd' at times! |

| Friday 11/6/10 from 2pm onwards | Shop & phone line | Unfortunately, we will be closing at 2pm this Friday (11/6/10). Our phone line will also be closed from 2pm until 10am Saturday morning. All orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be sent out as normal & we will be replying to emails later in the evening. |

WTF???........& Don't even get me started on their 0871 'report a fault' line!!!!! |

| Thursday 15/4/10 | Our shop/warehouse in Holton, Halesworth | Due to extensive electrical work going on in our yard, we will be without electricity for most of the day on Thursday 15/4/10. Orders will be going out as normal, but, we will be unable to take payments over the phone for the day & our cut off point for orders sent the same day will be 10am. Also, because there's not really much we can do here without electricity, we will only be open for a few hours (around midday) & we are likely to be grumpy due to lack of coffee!! |

| Monday 29/3/10 | Orders paid for by credit/debit card between Thursday 25/3/10 & Saturday 27/3/10 | Unfortunately, we have had a problem with our credit/debit payment processor. There will be a few working days delay with us sending out orders placed between 25th & the 27th March 2010 & paid for using our credit/debit card processor (Sagepay). This is due to a delay with Sagepay releasing the payment information to us (so we know some orders have been paid for at present, but we don't know which ones!). We are working with Sagepay to resolve this problem & we should have all orders sent out by tomorrow (Tuesday 30th March 2010). |
| Wed/Thurs 17th & 18th March 2010 | Paypal payments | This will only effect customers paying by Paypal.... Paypal have been having problems over the last few days with their website 'timing out'. They are (apparently!!) working to resolve the issue. If customers really want to pay by Paypal, please try again later (this seems to be an intermittent fault). Alternatively, if paying by credit or debit card through Paypal, customers can use our other payment provider by selecting the 'pay by credit or debit card' option at the checkout. |

Our hosting company have added some extra security to our account, but, have neglected to inform us that they will be making changes & that we need to change some of the code in our site because of these changes. Fecking douchbags!!!!!!!!!! Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible....... |

Unfortunately, this was due to a brief problem with the database that runs then. This does seem to have just been a random occurrence & all seems to be working fine now.... |

| Thursday 11/2/10 | MSN & Yahoo Messenger services | Unfortunately, we have closed our MSN & Yahoo Messenger services today due to staff time constantly being wasted on them by spammers, scammers & Pakistan based rat skin motorcycle clothing sellers (you know who you are!). | Tuesday 26/1/10 | Shop, phone & dispatch dept | Ahhhhh, the time of the year is upon us again! We will be closed on Tuesday 26/1/10 due to going on our yearly pilgrimage to the Motorcycle Trade Expo at the Birmingham NEC. This does mean, unfortunately, we won't be sending any orders out on Tuesday & our phone line will be closed (diverted to answer phone) for most of the day. We will be replying to emails when we get back in the evening & everything will return to normal on Wednesday 27/1/10. |

Unfortunately, due to the weather, we have received less than a 3rd of our regular deliveries this week & the couriers have reported problems with deliveries in many areas hit by the snow...... |

Despatch & deliveries | Well, the snow has hit &, unfortunately, although we are sending most deliveries out on time there are delays for customers receiving there orders in many areas. We have the added problem that none of our regular deliveries for this week have turned up due to the snow, so some items have been temporarily put to 'out of stock' in our catalogue until our orders arrive in. |
| Beginning Monday 4/1/10 for........? | Deliveries | Due mainly to the snow & partly due to us being unexpectedly busy while our warehouse was closed over the Christmas & New year period, there will be some delays for customers waiting for orders. At present, we only have a couple of outstanding orders waiting to go out (we are waiting for stock to come in), but, due to the snow & icy conditions forecast for the next few weeks, orders to certain areas may be delayed.... Due to the high winds in this area, we have had numerous power cuts over the last 3 days (including a power cut from 11:30am till 7:30pm yesterday!). Unfortunately, this has lead to a few delays with orders going out & it has also lead to the drinks, milk & beer in the shop fridge going warm (& the kettle not working for coffee!!). As of 2pm today (Fri 4/9/09), all orders have now been sent out but, we have been late sending some orders out (which may mean some orders won't be received by customers until after the weekend....Sorry!). | Tuesday 1/09/09 - Wednesday 2/09/09 | Phone line | We are currently getting bombarded by crappy Pakistan call center calls trying to flog us ADT alarms!!! We have had over 17 calls from these ar*eholes in the last 24 hours (including 2 calls at 12:30am & 1:45am!!??). Unfortunately, if these calls persist, we may have to turn off the phone line tonight (2/9/09). On a more personal note (being as I was the person woken up twice last night!!), ADT, we wouldn't replace our existing alarm with your fu*king cr*p if you came out, gave us £100 & offered to pack boxes for a week, you bunch of useless tw*ts!!!!!!!!!!Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! |
