Website Only Sales
Most of the items we sell over £9.49 (including delivery) can be purchased over the phone without any additional charge.
However,
some of the items available in our shop we prefer customers to order online.
Items in the clearance section of our website are ONLY available online, we do not take orders over the phone for clearance items.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payments over the phone for for orders less than £9.49 (including postage).
Orders less than £9.49 can still be placed through our website.
The reasons we have these restrictions:
Clearance Items - We don't make anything on most of the clearance items we sell & we don't make enough to cover the extra work & cost of processing an order placed over the phone for them.
Orders below £9.49 (including delivery) cannot be placed over the phone
It costs us alot to continue accepting payments over the phone. Because of the extra work involved for us & the added costs we don't make anything on orders below £9.49 that are placed over the phone.
Or to put it another way, would you work all day for free..................?
